Sharon Driscoll
Vice President Worldwide Advertising & Interactive, IBM
Sharon Driscoll is a seasoned marketing and communications executive with twenty-four years of industry experience including 17 years with IBM.
Sharon began her career at the Interpublic Group of Companies, the largest global communications conglomerate in the world. She honed her strategic and communications skills in account management with a blue chip roster of marketers including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Johnson and Johnson, Citibank, Computer Associates and IBM.
In 1989, Sharon was chosen by IBM to serve as chief liaison between its marketing communications agencies around the world and the corporate marketing team. Her efforts in the short term led to more focused advertising from IBM and longer term resulted in the consolidation of IBM's global advertising with Ogilvy & Mather in 1994.
She has held various executive roles while at IBM including Director of Marketing for the IBM ThinkPad and NetVista desktop PC brands and Director of Category Marketing programs for IBM client systems. She also directed integrated marketing communications for Systems & Technology Group, Global Services and Software Group in the Americas. Sharon was also Vice President of Marketing for Americas Software Group. Under her leadership the team posted $3B in marketing generated opportunity resulting in $1B in win revenue in 2007. In March of 2008 she became Vice President, Worldwide Advertising & Interactive.
She is a two-time recipient of the Chairman's Award for Marketing Excellence.

M. Lauren Goody
Advertising Programs Manager, Google
Lauren is an Advertising Programs Manager for Google where she helps develop cross-platform advertising strategies for Fortune 500 clients, leveraging Google's various media solutions. The majority of Lauren's time is spent on the CPG, healthcare and consumer electronics verticals.
Prior to joining the Google Client Solutions team in February 2008, Lauren spent 8+ years at Time Warner, splitting her time between Time Inc. and AOL. At Time Inc., Lauren held a few roles that included growing Entertainment Weekly, In Style and Real Simple magazines' newsstand businesses, as well as developing integrated advertising and marketing programs for advertisers on EW.com, TeenPeople.com and Time Inc.'s digital youth properties. Upon joining AOL in 2005, Lauren focused on Broadband Video, where she helped develop AOL's in-stream video advertising solutions. Later, she transitioned to a Marketing Communications role, where she developed content for AOL's sales intranet site and authored large, client-facing marketing presentations. In her most recent role at AOL, Lauren collaborated with the NY regional sales team to develop innovative multimedia advertising programs for national brand advertisers across the entire AOL Network.
Lauren received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and training her new puppy, Rocky. She lives in Chelsea with her husband, Michael and they are expecting their first child this fall.

Steve Halsey
Vice President, Gibbs & Soell Public Relations
Steve creates and implements high-impact public relations and marketing communications programs for numerous Fortune 500 and Blue-Chip companies. He has also supported numerous associations and start-ups.
Steve has a proven track record of successfully raising awareness, use, trial and loyalty for brands as well as their parent and member companies. He has led the introduction of many new products and technologies, promoted member services, and conducted a wide range of successful outreach activities ranging from major events to street-level activities.
His track record includes helping multiple clients exceed their sales targets and securing favorable feature coverage in top-tier business press, targeted trade magazines, TV and radio, as well as new media outlets.
Steve leads the agency's I PowerTM strategy and messaging service, which is designed to help businesses reach consensus on the most compelling market positioning and then delivering it in the most effective manner. In addition to this role, he has leadership responsibility for new media and digital efforts at Gibbs & Soell.
Prior to joining Gibbs & Soell, Steve served as a chief-of-staff in the Missouri State Legislature and as communications manager for various local and state political campaigns. He earned a B.S. in Political Science with an area of concentration in Journalism from Truman State University.

Mike Macina
VP Group Creative Director, Y&R
Mike Macina began by writing direct mail before a 5-year stint at Panasonic as both a writer and ad manager. Mike then moved to Denstu, where he worked on the Canon account, primarily copiers and printers. Next, he spent 5 years at JWT working on Goodyear, Nestle's, Reynold's Wrap, Burger King, Bell Atlantic (now known as Verizon), Computer Associates, Eye Lab (now known as Pearl Visions Centers).
Mike then moved to Y&R, where he has held both writing and supervisory positions for the past 18 years, working on such brands as AT&T, Ray Ban and KFC. He has spent the majority of his Y&R time working on Xerox, helping them to win 3 Effies and numerous B2B awards. Mike is most proud of the print work his team has created over the last seven years, which he would like to think helped contribute in some small way to the Xerox turnaround. His business-to-business communications philosophy: Less is more.
Mike is a graduate of Fordham University. He lives in Rockland County, New York with his wife and daughter (And no, that is not near Albany!).

Nicole O'Rourke
Vice President of Advertising and Brand Management, Aetna
Nicole O'Rourke is Vice President of Advertising and Brand Management for Aetna, with responsibility for advertising, brand management, marketing communications, graphic design and Aetna.com. Since joining the company in 2001, Nicole has led efforts to establish Aetna as the health benefits company that provides people with the information they need to make more informed decisions about their health and health-related finances. This positioning has been supported through the development of company-wide brand and graphic design standards, new collateral materials, website improvements, and the launch of an award winning national advertising campaign featuring the "We Want You to Know®" tagline.
Nicole is a trustee of the Marketing Science Institute, and has been named as one of the top 30 executive women in advertising for six consecutive years by the National Association of Female Executives and the Advertising Women of New York. She was named "Communicator of the Year" in 2005 by the Business Marketing Association of New York and selected as one of "B2B's 50 Best Marketers" by B2B Magazine in 2005.
Nicole sits on the board of the Hartford chapter of Rebuilding Together, and joined the board of the New York Chapter of the Business Marketing Association in 2007.
Nicole joined Aetna from Johnson & Johnson, where she held positions of increasing responsibility, including directing global brand development for the company's consumer pain relief brands. She holds a B.A. in English from Cornell University and a MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, Mark, and her daughter, Audrey.

Antoine Rodeghiero
Design Director, Stein Rogan + Partners
A native of Strasbourg, Antoine is Design Director at Stein Rogan + Partners and is currently responsible for the agency's creative product for such accounts as TransitCenter/ TransitChek, OnForce, Schoolwires and McGraw-Hill Higher Education.
Antoine spearheaded the creative re-branding for Mimeo.com including new corporate identity, brand standards, environmental design, website and product packaging.
In addition, Antoine successfully completed the re-branding launch campaign for OnForce consisting of brand design, online and offline advertising and web design, direct marketing and email marketing. Antoine was involved in the development of a new product entity, Cosmeo, for Discovery Communications.
Prior to Stein Rogan, Antoine held senior creative positions at Hanft Unlimited. While there, Antoine was the Design Director for AT&T Wireless.com, Hertz, Scotts, Showtime, Popular Science and Match.com among others.

Todd Simmons
Executive Creative Director, Wolff Olins
Based in New York, Todd heads up all design for Wolff Olins, bringing over 15 years of broad multi-disciplinary design thinking and branding experience to his team. Since joining Wolff Olins four years ago, he has led programs for PricewaterhouseCoopers, OshKosh, Product Red, McDonald's, TrueNorth (Frito-Lay) and Starbucks, among others.
His work crosses nearly every category of creative output – including identity, print, packaging, product, mixed-media and environment. Prior to joining Wolff Olins, he produced a wide body of work for an even wider variety of clients, including The Coca-Cola Company, Kiehl's, IBM, Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Barneys New York, Gap, Interface, and many others. His work has received both national and international recognition and has been shown in most major design publications and exhibitions. Most recently, Wolff Olins was nominated for the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award.
Todd graduated in 1994 from the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, where he has since been an occasional instructor. He also sits on the school's Board of Advisors.
Eileen Zicchino
Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer, JPMorgan Chase
Eileen Zicchino is Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for the JPMorgan Chase Treasury & Securities Services business. In this capacity, she is responsible for brand management, strategic product marketing, campaign management, creative services, collateral development, client communications, business intelligence, syndicated and proprietary research, advertising, Internet management and client events on a global scale. A member of the firm's Marketing Council and Brand Architecture Board, Zicchino also represents the firm to S.W.I.F.T. for marketing activities.
Zicchino joined JPMorgan Chase in 1999 as Marketing Executive for its Treasury Services business. Previously she has held senior marketing positions with Citigroup, Bankers Trust Company, The Bank of New York and the American Stock Exchange. Zicchino is on the board of the Business Marketing Association of New York and the CMO Council, and is also a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, the American Marketing Association and the Association for Financial Professionals.
